All RHINORK products are made especially for you once your order is placed.
Production typically takes 2–5 business days, and shipping times are usually 3–6 business days within the U.S. (and 7–20 business days internationally, depending on your location).
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
• Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear, and in some cases, visibility may vary depending on local carriers.
• Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, RHINORK ships exclusively within the United States.
We’re working to expand our reach soon — international shipping will be available in the near future.

• What should I do if I entered the wrong address?
Please contact us immediately at support@rhinork.com.
Address changes can only be made before your order enters production. Once fulfillment has started, we can’t guarantee any modifications or cancellations.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can resend it once a new shipping fee is covered.
• What if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@rhinork.com with your order number.
We’ll review your case and contact the carrier if needed. Occasionally, delays can occur due to carrier or customs processing.
If your package is confirmed lost after investigation, we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Returns & Exchanges
• Can I return or exchange an item?
Because each RHINORK product is made individually, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or change of preference.
However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll gladly replace it at no additional cost.
Please contact support@rhinork.com within 30 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the issue.
Claims submitted after this period or without prior approval may not be eligible for replacement.

Once the fulfillment process begins, we’re unable to guarantee any changes or cancellations.

- Avoid bleach and fabric softeners.
- Tumble dry on low heat or air dry to preserve the shape, color, and print quality.
- Do not iron directly on printed areas or use dry cleaning.

At the moment, RHINORK accepts payments securely through PayPal, which allows you to pay using your PayPal balance or major credit and debit cards — even without a PayPal account.
