Refund policy
At RHINORK, each product is created specifically for your order. Because every item is made individually, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, color, or change of preference.
However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost. In certain approved cases, a refund may also be available.
Eligible Replacements
We will offer a free replacement if any of the following occur:
- Your product arrives damaged
- Your product arrives misprinted or with a printing error
- Your product is defective
- Your product is significantly different from the description or the item you ordered
All replacement requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
How to Request a Replacement
Email us at support@rhinork.com and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the issue
- A brief description of what happened
Once reviewed and approved, a replacement will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
Refunds (When Applicable)
While replacements are our primary resolution method, refunds may be issued in specific approved situations, including:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective and you prefer a refund instead of a replacement
- Your item arrives significantly different from what was ordered
- Your order is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier
- Your order could not be fulfilled due to an internal error
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank or payment provider but typically take 3–10 business days after the refund is initiated.
Refunds are not issued for:
- Incorrect size, color, or style chosen by the customer
- Change of mind or preference
- Items damaged due to improper care, misuse, or normal wear and tear
- Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier
- Orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout
- Orders that have already entered production
Non-Eligible Returns / Refunds
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind or preference
- Fit issues
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- Items damaged due to improper washing, care, or misuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Orders that have already entered production
All sales are final once production begins.
Lost, Missing, or Delayed Packages
Once your order ships, delivery is handled by the carrier.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package:

Check with neighbors or building management

Verify the shipping address entered at checkout

Contact your local post office

Wait 48 hours in case the package is delivered later
If after 48 hours the package is still missing, email us at support@rhinork.com, and we will assist you in investigating your case.
Please note:
- RHINORK is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or events outside our control once a package has been dispatched.
- Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier cannot be refunded.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided at checkout and the package is returned or cannot be delivered:
- Additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order
- We cannot issue refunds for orders that fail to deliver due to an incorrect address
- Orders cannot be edited, changed, or canceled once they enter production
Please double-check your address before completing your purchase.
Additional Notes
- You do not need to return defective or damaged items unless our team specifically requests it.
- Claims submitted after 30 days from delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
- This policy is designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and a smooth experience for all RHINORK customers.
