SHIPPING POLICY

All RHINORK products are made to order — meaning your item is created specifically for you once your purchase is confirmed.

Our average production time is 2–5 business days, followed by 3–6 business days for U.S. delivery. You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, and external factors such as weather or holiday volume.

Before completing your purchase, please make sure that your shipping address is accurate. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has started. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for resending.

RHINORK is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control once the package has been dispatched.

If your order appears delayed or lost, contact us at support@rhinork.com with your order number — our team will review and assist you.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

  • Check with neighbors, household members, or your local postal carrier.
  • Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered a day or two early.

If you still can’t locate your order after 48 hours, reach out to us at support@rhinork.com, and we’ll help you resolve the issue.

RETURNS POLICY

Because each RHINORK product is made individually, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or change of preference.

All sales are final once your order has entered production.

However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll gladly replace it at no additional cost.

To request a replacement, please email support@rhinork.com within 30 days of receiving your order, and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue

Please note:

  • Claims submitted after 30 days or without sufficient photo evidence may not be eligible for replacement.
  • Products returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.
  • You do not need to return defective items unless specifically requested by our team.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

If your product arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a printing error, RHINORK will review your claim and, once approved, arrange a replacement free of charge.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for damage caused by incorrect washing, wear, or misuse.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be canceled or modified before production begins.

Our fulfillment process starts automatically after purchase, so please contact us at support@rhinork.com immediately if you need assistance.

Once the order is in production, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At this time, RHINORK ships exclusively within the United States.

We’re working to expand soon — international shipping will be available in the near future.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

For future international orders, please note that any customs duties or import taxes will depend on your country’s regulations and will be the responsibility of the customer.
