Shipping policy

At RHINORK, every order is carefully prepared and shipped to ensure a reliable delivery experience within the United States. Please review the details below to understand how shipping and delivery timelines work.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing Times

All orders require time to be processed before they ship.

  • Standard processing time: 2–5 business days
  • During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing times may extend to 5–7 business days

Processing includes order verification, production, quality check, and packaging.

Please note: Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed and cannot be modified or canceled once this stage begins.

3. Shipping Times

Once shipped, delivery within the United States typically takes:

  • 3–7 business days (standard shipping)

Delivery time depends on the carrier, your location, and factors outside our control such as weather conditions or seasonal delays.

4. Shipping Costs

RHINORK currently offers free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

No minimum purchase is required.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier scans the package.

If you do not receive a tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@rhinork.com.

6. Delivery Issues

Packages Marked as Delivered

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Verify the address provided at checkout
  3. Contact your local post office for GPS delivery confirmation
  4. Wait 48 hours, as packages are sometimes delivered shortly after the initial scan

Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier are not eligible for a refund, but we will assist you in investigating the issue.

Lost Packages

If your tracking stops updating for several days or the carrier confirms the package is lost:

  • We will issue a replacement at no additional cost
  • In some cases, a refund may be approved instead of a replacement

Returned-to-Sender Packages

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the package may be returned to the carrier’s facility.

In these cases:

  • You may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order
  • Orders are not eligible for refunds if the address entered was incorrect

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

7. Multiple Items in One Order

Because items are produced individually, products in the same order may ship separately.

Each package will receive its own tracking number.

This does not affect your shipping cost — shipping remains free for all packages.

8. Shipping Delays

RHINORK is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
  • Weather conditions
  • Seasonal volume spikes
  • Incorrect addresses
  • Events outside our control once the order has been shipped

We will always do our best to assist, but delivery timelines cannot be guaranteed.
